That and the freeze frame at 2:56 has me hype
For in-game footage, this trailer was phenomenal. The freeze frames, the shot of Rev walking through the Catalyst ult... chefs kiss
So just asking? If you don't complete the challenges by the end of the season, do you just never get him

@twstudios8538 I think he is free for everyone who doesn't have Rev, but if you own him you keep him, and he is taking the slot of Rev, their will not be 2 types of him in a match, only the reborn

As a Loba main, this season is gonna be fun. Because mostly its about Revenant and Loba (but mostly revenant) and their lore. Their storylines and game-in lines are the most funniest too. This is exciting!!

The voice of Revenant never gets old! This change definitely makes him feel up to date with all the new ops.
As far as character voices for PvP focused games go, Revenant and Ramattra from OW2 are just some really pleasing voices to listen too

This is a sick trailer. Which features new skins, adjusts weapons and makes it look like a horror movie. Loved the part where the revenant says I'm not done with you yet and a really top notch experience---
The lineup of the collection event only to show Rev in the center while everyone was knocked and crawling was a pretty little sick detail.

The build up to this has been masterful. Great storytelling. The solo map gave me Half-Life vibes, being set in some huge underground labyrinth of a factory. Great work!
I can't believe they put a wall bounce in the trailer. I'm very happy the movement is getting love this season with the new abilities for revenant too. The charge rifle is also becoming more like the Titanfall one which is great

For the Shadow Pounce tactical they don't show it hitting anyone (unless I missed it) so I'm curious if and how much damage it does when it connects with someone. It'd be interesting if they kept the silence effect on the tactical. I've been wanting a more melee orientated Legend in Apex for a while, and this Revenant rework is probably the closest thing to it.
Actually it doesn't do damage as far as I know but we'll see but it will definitely not silence

With the scary/horror aspects of this trailer I think this would’ve been a perfect theme for a season starting around Halloween . Looks awesome regardless tho
The start almost looks like an asymetric shooter mode, which would be cool. New Rev looks more solo push oriented than his original kit.
Also... The gameplay is getting NUTS! They're clearly getting good players to record stuff for it, cause they're pulling off wild plays and tec.
This season looks super good, can't wait!
Finally, as a Rev main, something that I can play with. I really don't like playing other characters and I quit the game, but I might come back to see how things are going. But one key note that I want to say is that is sad to see that from an Ultimate that 3 people can use it to transform it into 1 just because people didn't used its old one.

Absolutely beautiful, best video I've seen and has made me the happiest just as when revenant first came out with his heirloom and yall buffed him, I run vantage and absolutely love her (clips to pred to come) so I am gonna absolutely terrorize with revenant lol

This 2xp event in battle royale is one of the best things added, it could happen every weekend, like, it starts on saturday and end in monday
The first part of revenant stalking and pouncing gives me AVP2 vibes of old. Respawn should make it happen 👌🏻
Rev now gon be one of the best legends, maybe not for tournaments but 100% in rank he will be like on every team
I'm personally a Rev main just because when I started his character visually and his audio lines were my favorite and the totem was a good way to learn approaching fights, but this Rev looks insanely good with movement which has me excited I just hope he keeps his totem spawn hand gestures which it looks like he will, just not looking forward to everyone picking him next season

This is one of the best Trailers for a new season ive ever seen
ive always mained revenant, im glad he finally got some love.
itll take some time to get used to his new kit but im all for it
I know it might be broken but since they showed him crawling up the wall towards the ceiling in the start they should add an input for revenant so that while he’s climbing he can pin himself to the wall but the backside of this being he can’t aim since he uses one arm to stay ahold of the wall
all of these abilities will definitely enhance gameplay for rev mains who solo queue. i'll miss the silence for blocking doors and the intel, but this new pounce combined with the improved crouch/crawl movement will be huge. this trailer is goosebumps.

They just gave him a mix of Loba and maggie abilities with faster crouch walking. Was expecting new unique abilities.
His crouch and crawl movement is the same btw. It's just better because he can couple it with his tactical jump now.

For the people who already have revenant unlocked, what will happen for the quests?
When I first saw revenant was getting reworked,I was kinda sad,since revenant was my main years ago (before Kyrie came in),but now that I see what they did with my boy,I think I might play with him again,because not only he still has that stealth assassinating robot vibe,but now that vibe is stronger than ever (btw,I’m happy that they kept his heirloom in,it looks just perfect on him)
As a revenant main I see this as a major win
